Shipping Regions
We currently ship within the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.
Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: $4.95 for orders under $40
- Free Shipping: Orders over $40 qualify for free standard shipping
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed during checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the product selected and its logistical availability at the time of purchase.
Typical delivery timeframes:

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days for products with immediate availability
- Extended delivery: 5–9 business days for products requiring additional preparation or handling time
The estimated delivery time is always shown on the product page before completing your purchase.
If any unexpected delay occurs, customers will be notified via email.
Order Processing
Orders are processed daily, including weekends, in order to minimize waiting times and ensure efficient fulfillment.
Once your order is processed, it will be prepared and handed over to the shipping carrier as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status at any time.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, or repeated delivery failures, we will contact the customer to arrange a new shipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
Undelivered or Returned Packages
If the carrier is unable to complete delivery and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to coordinate a new shipment.
Shipping Incidents
If your package arrives damaged or shows signs of tampering, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can properly investigate and resolve the issue.
Providing photos of the package and the product may be required.
