Refund policy

1. Return Period

At MundoRelojero, customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

To start a return, please contact our customer support team and include:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

Our support team will guide you through the next steps.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in perfect condition

  • Include the original packaging

  • Include all accessories, tags, and documentation

We cannot accept returns for items that are:

  • Used

  • Damaged after delivery

  • Missing original packaging or accessories

Personalized or modified items are not eligible for returns.


3. Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to request a return.

  2. Once the request is approved, we will provide the return instructions and return address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

  4. A tracking number must be provided for the return shipment.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.


5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • defective

  • damaged

  • or different from the item ordered

you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers will be required to provide clear photos showing the defect or issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will cover the return costs and, where appropriate, offer a refund or replacement at our discretion.


6. Exceptions

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Requests made after the return window

  • Products that have been used

  • Items without original packaging

  • Personalized or modified products
